Experience: 27 years in the global industrial sector
Joshua leads Concentric as President and Chief Executive Officer, bringing extensive international leadership experience across the industrial sector.
Prior to joining Concentric, Joshua served as President of the Service Business Line and was a member of Group Executive Management at FLSmidth. Earlier in his career, he held a number of global roles at Caterpillar Inc., Metso Oy and Genie, a Terex company.
Marcus Whitehouse

Chief Financial Officer
Joined Concentric AB: 2018
Experience: Global finance, strategy and operational improvement
Marcus leads Concentric’s global Finance function and is also functionally accountable for the Group’s global Supply Chain, IT and Legal teams.
Prior to joining Concentric, Marcus spent more than 10 years at JCB, where his roles included Director of Group Finance alongside a number of senior finance positions focused on strategy and operational improvement. Earlier in his career, Marcus worked for Linpac, Huntsman Group and Albright & Wilson PLC. He joined Concentric as Chief Financial Officer in January 2018.
Richard Storer

Chief Operating Officer
Joined Concentric AB: 1999
Experience: Global operations, manufacturing and operational excellence
Richard leads Concentric’s Global Operations function, with responsibility for safe, cost-efficient and quality-focused performance across the Group’s manufacturing facilities in Europe, Asia and North America. His focus includes operational excellence, continuous improvement, consistency and strengthening the sharing of best practice across the organisation.
Richard has extensive international leadership experience and has held a number of senior positions within Concentric. These include Managing Director of the Birmingham and Licos Trucktec operations, Vice President Operations Europe & Asia and interim Senior Vice President Europe & Asia. He was appointed to Concentric’s Senior Leadership Team in 2025.
Matthew Larkins

Senior Vice President, Powertrain Solutions
Joined Concentric AB: 2026
Experience: 26+ years in powertrain, product leadership and global engine development
Matthew leads Concentric’s Powertrain Solutions business, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and profitability. Prior to joining Concentric, Matthew spent more than 26 years with Caterpillar across Europe and North America. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Product for the CAT “Medium Vee” and Perkins 4000 and 5000 Series engines. His previous roles included Product Director for engine components and systems within Caterpillar’s Large Power Systems Division and Global Division Manager for Engine Development, leading teams and R&D facilities across North America, the United Kingdom, India and China.
Peter Hill

Senior Vice President, Electrification Solutions

Experience: 30 years across automotive, commercial vehicles, building controls and speciality chemicals
Peter leads Concentric’s Electrification Solutions business, encompassing electric pumps, fans, alternators, controllers and thermal management systems, together with the Group’s growing activities in data centre, power electronics and battery cooling applications. The division also includes G.O. Engineering, Concentric’s specialist electronics design and manufacturing business. Peter brings 30 years of cross-functional experience gained across the automotive, commercial vehicle, building controls and speciality chemicals industries, including experience at Honeywell, Johnson Matthey and Fortescue.
Matthew Christensen

Senior Vice President, Hydraulic Solutions
Joined Concentric AB: Rejoined in 2026
Experience: Matt leads Concentric’s global Hydraulics business, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and profitability.
Matt previously spent 15 years with Concentric across engineering, research and development, and sales and marketing before gaining additional systems and market experience at Danfoss and Poclain. He brings extensive global experience spanning sales leadership, product management and application engineering, alongside a strong understanding of the hydraulics market.
Michael Groebner

Chief Technology Officer
Joined Concentric AB: 2025
Experience: 20+ years in technology, engineering, operations and supply chain leadership
Michael leads Concentric’s Global Engineering function, with a focus on innovation, technology development, engineering capability and supporting the Group’s technology-led growth ambitions.
Prior to joining Concentric, Michael held senior global technology and innovation leadership roles at Turck and IMI Precision Engineering, and most recently led technology transformation and value creation across multiple US-based private equity-owned companies. His experience spans Concentric’s core technologies, with particular expertise in connecting product development and technology innovation with operational execution.
Jeff Little

Chief Human Resources Officer
Joined Concentric AB: 2026
Experience: 30+ years in international HR and organisational leadership
Jeff leads Concentric’s global Human Resources function, with responsibility for the Group’s people strategy, organisational effectiveness, culture, talent development and Health & Safety. Prior to joining Concentric, Jeff was Group People Director at A-SAFE Group and held senior leadership positions at Ball Corporation, including Vice President HR EMEA and Vice President Global HR Operations. Earlier in his career, he spent 19 years at Rolls-Royce plc in HR leadership roles spanning business partnering, organisational design, change management, leadership development and HR transformation. He brings extensive experience of supporting organisational growth and transformation within complex global businesses.
Adam Staite

Vice President, Corporate Development
Joined Concentric AB: 2017
Experience: M&A, corporate strategy and business development
Adam is responsible for Concentric’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy and Marketing activities, supporting the Group’s strategic development and growth. Since joining Concentric, Adam has led the acquisitions of Allied Enterprises in 2020, EMP in 2021, G.O. Engineering in 2024 and OMP in 2025.
Prior to Concentric, he worked in corporate development at Australia Post and was previously an Associate Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing global acquisition support to clients in both the UK and Australia. Adam became a member of Concentric’s Senior Leadership Team in 2025.
CEO & Senior Leadership Team
The CEO is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of Concentric in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations, and the instructions and strategies established by the Board. The CEO ensures the Board receives the objective and relevant information required to make well-informed decisions and keeps the Board informed of the Group's development between Board meetings.
The CEO leads Concentric's Senior Leadership Team, which is responsible for the overall performance and development of the Group and the execution of its strategy. The team brings together leadership across Concentric's business units and key Group functions, supporting collaboration, effective decision-making and the long-term development of the business.
