Concentric today announces that its Board of Directors has appointed Josh Meyer as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediate. The appointment marks the beginning of a new chapter for Concentric, positioning the company to unlock growth opportunities both in its existing markets and new adjacent sectors.
The decision reflects the Board’s ambition to build on Concentric’s strong foundation and further leverage its world-class capabilities in pump, fan, and thermal management solutions to drive growth across multiple end-markets including commercial vehicles, new energy solutions and data centers.
“The Board has concluded that this is the right time for new leadership at Concentric to guide the company through its next phase of strategic and commercial growth,” said Anders Nielsen, Chair of the Board. “Josh brings the right combination of global perspective, deep industry knowledge, and a track record of driving commercial success in the capital goods and off-highway sectors. We are excited to welcome him on board.”
Josh Meyer is a seasoned executive with extensive international experience in capital goods, including deep exposure to the commercial vehicle segment. With a strong commercial and strategic background, he is well-positioned to harness Concentric’s unique product portfolio and global footprint to expand into new growth arenas.

Josh Meyer is replacing Martin Kunz, who has led Concentric for the last 3.5 years. “I would like to extend my sincere thank you to Martin for his strong commitment and leadership over the last 3.5 years”, said Anders Nielsen and continues, “Martin has under his tenure strengthened the strategic position and completed key acquisitions that have enhanced our platform for growth. A.P. Moller Holding acquired Concentric in 2024 with a commitment to support an ambitious growth strategy, and has since elected a refreshed Board of Directors, reinforcing its commitment to supporting the company’s future ambitions:
- Anders Nielsen, Chair, CTOO of Vestas Wind Systems and former CTO of the Traton Group has served as a board member since 2017 and Chair since 2021, Anders provides valuable continuity, strategic oversight and customer understanding.
- Joachim Rosenberg, former EVP Volvo Group and board member since 2022. He brings deep expertise in the global truck and off-highway industries, offering important insights as Concentric pursues adjacent growth.
- Eric Alström former President of Danfoss Power Solutions, Eric is new Board member and adds significant global executive experience and an in-depth understanding of the hydraulics sector and Concentric’s core markets.
