Fan Drive System for Industrial Applications
In light- and heavy-duty industrial applications, electric cooling fans are typically not employed. Instead, the cooling fan is mounted on a dedicated fan support and belt-driven, ensuring robust and reliable operation.
The system can be equipped with two types of clutches to regulate fan speed:
- Electromagnetic clutch – enables ON/OFF or multi-speed control.
- Viscostatic clutch – provides continuous speed modulation for precise cooling management.
This configuration delivers reliability, efficiency, and optimized cooling performance, even in the most demanding operating conditions.
