Fans<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

EMP fans feature die cast aluminum housings for strength, durability and improved heat transfer from the motor and electronics. This allows EMP fans to provide continuous, high output airflow performance in extreme temperature conditions.\u00a0 The fan blades and optional finger guards are made of high temperature, glass filled polymers to perform in the harshest environments. Featuring a brushless electric motor, our SmartFlow\u00ae fans are fully reversible and offer a variety of control options to stay compatible with any system or application.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Fan Systems<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Smart Flow\u00ae e-fan cooling system replaces outdated mechanical cooling systems for engine\/vehicle cooling. It has become the standard cooling system used by transit bus manufacturers in North America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The e-fan system is also ideal for retrofitting\/refurbishing existing fleets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Oil Pumps<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Available with 12 VDC and 24 VDC electric motors. Brushless, permanent magnet motors are combined with EMP designed motor control electronics to provide a smart, high efficiency, long life pump. Brushless motors have no contacting parts to wear and reduce life.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Water Pumps<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

EMP has been producing the brushless electric water pumps since 2006. They have achieved in excess of 30,000 hours of life in demanding continuous applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The motor, electronics, and fluid design have been optimized for high efficiency. The end result is the highest possible flow and pressure for a given amount of input power. The design is also packaged to have as small a footprint as possible for the given pump performance and minimize sound output.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
