General Meeting 2019<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Concentric&#8217;s Annual General Meeting 2019 will be held in Stockholm on 4 April 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A shareholder who wishes to have a matter addressed at the Annual General Meeting shall submit a written request to the board of directors on 15 February 2019 at the latest, or after this date but in due time for the matter to be included in the notice to attend the Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The request shall be addressed to the board of directors and sent to Marcus Whitehouse at the address:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:marcus.whitehouse@concentricab.com\">marcus.whitehouse@concentricab.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that correction of the proposal under item 14 has been made. The previous documentation published on the website and in the notice states that LTI 2019 shall comprise up to seven senior executives. The correct number of participants that LTI 2019 shall comprise is up to nine senior executives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex
