organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for process optimization using QAD software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement MRP Module of QAD in collaboration with various stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement Production Scheduling module (Routing etc.) in collaboration with various stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train users on the effective usage of QAD software and its advanced features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement and manage software upgrades and patches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hardware Expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, including networking problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the smooth functioning of hardware components like servers, workstations, and networking equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform routine maintenance tasks on hardware to prevent issues and downtime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with external hardware vendors for procurement and maintenance purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Integration and Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work on integrating QAD software with other systems if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the alignment of hardware and software strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide insights to improve the overall IT infrastructure, considering
